- First of all, you have to go to the Nashonuma Programme office which has been established in all the districts of Pakistan.
- There you have to get your checkup done

- After the check-up, you will be informed about your best progress and you will also be registered for financial aid.
- After registration, you will be given different medicines every month, apart from this, an amount of 2 thousand rupees will also be given
- After that, when a child is born, a girl child will be given 2500 rupees for two years, while if it is a boy, financial assistance of 2 thousand rupees will be given for two years.

To address stunting prevention during the first 1000 days of opportunity, BISP has designed a conditional cash transfer intervention to scale up its beneficiaries’ health and nutrition services components through a developmental program design.
